RETURN POLICY

More than anything we always want you and your pup to be happy!! We know sometimes something arrives in the mail and for one reason or another its not quite what you expected.

However, you may only initiate a return if:

1. You receive an incorrect item.

2. The item you received is past its expiry date.

3. Your item is damaged during shipment.

4. There are missing products from your order.

 

How to initiate a return: 

1. If you encounter any of the above, please reach out to us (within 3 days of the shipment date) at thewildthing.my@gmail.com or fill in our RETURN REQUEST FORM and let us help!

2. Provide us your purchase reference number and a brief description of the issue you are facing and we will determine the best course of action to quickly address you case.

We’ll take it back free of charge as long as

1. It’s unused and in new condition*

2. It’s returned within 7 days of the shipment date.

* To be considered unused products must be returned in original packaging without any missing tags or stickers.

1. All sold products is not exchanganble or returned. All sold items are not refundable.
2. All exchanges must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
3. All exchanges must be sent back with its original invoice or receipt as proof of purchase from thewildthing.my.
