More than anything we always want you and your pup to be happy!! We know sometimes something arrives in the mail and for one reason or another its not quite what you expected.

However, you may only initiate a return if:

1. You receive an incorrect item.

2. The item you received is past its expiry date.

3. Your item is damamged during shipment.

4. There are missing products from your order.

How to initiate a return:

2. Provide us your purchase reference number and a brief description of the issue you are facing and we will determine the best course of action to quickly address the case.

We’ll take it back free of charge as long as

1. It’s unused and in new condition*

2. It’s returned within 7 days of the shipment date.
